Really keen to hear from the Interim Management community. Regarding what 'Small Hook Strategies' are used in their B2B space when prospecting for new business. After working with an SME in the retail space, (SaaS Business), I was able to build a 'Sales & Marketing Audit Product. Effectively this relies on an initial 1-day engagement/commitment for 'review, insights and recommend. This, in turn, creates the need for a deeper engagement....
